Tuesday twin tidbit

(our attempt at a family pic)
This is the longest I've been prego...the girls were born at 37 weeks and weighed almost seven pounds each. You women out there that endured 41-42 weeks of pregnancy deserve awards or something. I am so glad I will be done at 39 weeks and one day. I know I know, I am such a wimp.

I've been blessed these past couple of weeks with more help caring for the girls and I am soo grateful. (THANK YOU ERIN, GRETCHEN & AMANDA!) Although, now the Lord has decided to allow the baby to mess with my sciatic nerve and the pain in my hip is almost unbearable. I went to the chiropractor today to see if that might help, but it really isn't much better. Hopefully, tomorrow it goes away, but I probably need to get this baby out before it feels better. Oh well...the twin pregnancy was a piece of cake compared to this one.

Here are more pics from Sunday...

Below is me at 37 weeks...I found another pic online and the resemblance is astonishing! Don't you think?

You're adorable Sara, and don't worry you're not a wimp, pregnancy is different for EVERYONE. sciatica sucks, I am so sorry. My fav part of this post is German's face in the "sisterly love" photo :) you have such a sweet family. good luck in the coming weeks we hope everything goes well.

Pregnancy sucks. Massage seems to be the best thing for pregnant woman hip sciatic pain. I got a massage last week and my hips felt so much better. You should go get one. I wish I could afford to go every week...

You are almost done, you lucky sucker!

Also, your girls are getting so big and look so adorable! They look less like babies and more like little girls. CUTE.

The photos are great, what fun memories they will be. So sorry about the hip pain...what mothers endure to get these sweet spirits here. I'd love to have some of the photos, especially the one of the family. Take care and hope to see you soon.
Love,

You guys look great in green! I know what you mean about feeling like a big cow being pregnant. My second pregnancy was so much harder than the first, as well (that's pretty impressive that the twin pregnancy was easier than this one!). Thanks for the shout out, too! We'll miss you guys when you move to TX! Seriously, call me anytime! Like I said, I need to pass along the service hours that Tish gave me (and we like to hang out with you and your adorable girls!)

Love love love the pics. Sorry I haven't called back. Apollo's been crying at nights and is crying right now for his nap. He has hand foot mouth from the nursery.

I'm sorry to hear about your sciatic pain. Yuck!

It's good you haven't lost your sense of humor! How are the ankles? Swollen? I look at that pic of you and I'm having flashbacks of my horribly swollen ankles! Your girls are adorable as always and you are looking happy and well (beside the sciatica--OUCH!)
