Tuesday twin tidbit

German turned 30 on Saturday! He wanted me to make him milanesa for his birthday dinner and the same carrot pumpkin cake that I made for the girl's birthday. It was yummy! We invited German's cousin David and his wife Julie over to celebrate. He also got to watch Argentina play a World Cup qualifying match and they won 4-0. He was pretty happy. And he didn't catch any of the sickness us girls have had the last couple of weeks. Lucky guy--poor little Lucy had an allergic reaction to amoxicillin and broke out in a bad rash for a couple of days. I still have a stuffy nose, but we are all doing much better.
We sure love dad!

Here are some pics of the birthday boy before and after his half marathon last week.

I also wanted to post this pic of our good ol' Wyview friends the Couch's who came to visit us a couple of weeks ago. We got to meet their cute little four month old Colin. Thanks for coming over!

He is Mub, i just am the only one who calls him Phillup. Your family is so adorable! Mub's working out of town but I told him I found your blog and he can't wait to see it. We should get together! Oh, and I charge $35 for a cut. But if you want we have an apprentice who I think charges 10 bucks because she is in training if you are up for that!

german - happy birthday, hermano! i'm sure that 4-0 victory was nice...but it quickly lost its luster following the 6-1 crushing defeat the same week. not a cool week here in argentina. i hate to say it, but the death of alfonsin spared the soccer team from further humiliation in the media. let's pick a roster and stick with it this time! c'mon diego! un abrazo!
