New poll & mommy advice needed

So, I wish I knew exactly when our girls will arrive and although I hope they don't come too early for their sakes, a little early wouldn't be so bad for me. My doctor is going to induce me on Nov 12th at 38 weeks if they haven't arrived yet. What do you all think...when will they arrive??? I thought a poll would be fun (I got the idea from Ali Razz's blog)!

I'm sitting here at work just thinking and trying not to get overwhelmed. I'm contemplating life with two little babies and wondering how I am going to take good care of them and still keep my sanity. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Any suggestions on things to buy that you found were indispensable or something you wished you had known sooner? THANKS!!!

I think the girls will arrive on November 21st. Why? I don't know. Just a guess. Advice... I've never had twins so I'm not sure what to say, but something I think I've been able to do better with each child (that I wish I had been good at from the fist) is to relax and have fun. It's good to learn the ways to help them sleep through the night, getting a nursing schedule, etc, but feel free to cuddle them and enjoy them all you want regardless of what the "rules" say. They'll eventually learn what they need to learn anyway so have fun in the process.

COSTCO COSTCO COSTCO-you can't beat their prices on diapers and wipes and formula (when you get to that point). i have no idea how to handle twins-you're in for it! ha, just teasin. i think twins are amazing-my best friends are twins. you are lucky. i'm with karen-forget the rules and just enjoy it while you can. it really does go by soooo fast. don't read too many parenting books or magazines-they are full of crap and make you paranoid. just get a book like "your baby's first year, week-by-week" and read the weekly chapters and you'll be good to go.

For the first 2 weeks of Aysa's life i called the doctor every single day...i was paranoid that she wasnt eating enough, her belly button looked funny, her eyes would sometimes go in different directions, her skin was dry. I kept track of every time she ate and pooped, i was nuts! haha i felt dumb always asking questions and calling the hospital, but i learned that its ok to not know what youre doing! haha...call the nurses as many times as you want, youre just being a good mom!
