My 100th POST--the 10K is over!
I finished the 10K this morning and I'm pooped, so I'll post pictures later. I didn't get my exact time yet, but it was about 1 hour 16 minutes. It was fun and I saw an old Wyview/bloggy friend Melissa Zuber--she wasted me, though! I almost made my goal of 75 minutes, but oh well, I think I did OK considering I only started running about 7 weeks ago. I'm really happy about it (I was worried it would take me an hour and half)! There were some very slight uphill spots that killed me, so I am going to work on that. I think I'll do another 10K or two to prep for the Canyonlands Half Marathon in Moab on March 21st, 2009. German says he's going to do it with me, the scenery looks amazing!

Great job Sara! ! Great timeI'm sorry I did't run with you. I was afraid to know my time. I want to register for the one 10K that gets you preference for the canyonland's half - what race was that again?
It was good to see you! I am so thrilled to have a fellow runner out there. I am working towards the Utah Valley Marathon next spring! We will see what happens!
